How much space do you need?

We ask for a 10'x10'x10' unobstructed space for printing packages including a backdrop. Our selfie booths can work with less space.

When do you arrive and how long does set-up/tear-down take?

  • We typically arrive about 1 hour prior to our starting time.

  • Set-up takes roughly 45 minutes and tear-down takes about 30 minutes.

This varies based on the services booked and venue. If you would like us to arrive earlier, idle time is available.

Can the booths be outside?

Yes, but because every event is different, outdoor events will require prior approval. We need to be on level and solid ground, and be fully covered, shaded, and protected from the elements. Because there are many factors out of our control (like the sun, wind, rain), it becomes more difficult to control the output. If available, indoor is preferred. We also need reliable power.

We want to book you! How do I reserve a booth?

  • First, send us a message to tell us some more about your event and confirm our availability.
  • Review your quote and select your favorite package.
  • Fill out the event detail questionnaire and digitally sign your contract.
  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at booking and can be made by check or credit card, with the remaining 50% due 1 month prior to your event date.

We will be available to answer your questions and help guide you through the process.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, and we wouldn't have it any other way!

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as possible, but depends on the season and the complexity of your event. Most of our clients book us 6 months to a year in advance.

Do you offer a non-profit or school discount?

Yes, we offer a $100 discount

How many people can fit in the photos?

This also depends on the booth and the space available. But as many as can safely fit.

What does the booth look like?

Our booths are gorgeous white and modern open-air style photo booths.

Is there someone to operate the booth?

There can be, depending on your selected package. If you are wanting a drop off, our selfie booth will be a great option for you. All packages are available with a full-time photo booth professional.

Can we provide our own backdrop?

With prior approval, yes. We want your photos to look amazing, so we advise our clients to avoid vinyl backdrops, shower curtains, table cloths, or anything else that might look less than luxe.

If our large selection of backdrops doesn't have what you're looking for, we will work with your vision to create something custom or source rentals.
